A LOT of people are doing this to their cars in the Civic crowd. It's to the point where people are going to Home Depot and buying washers to do the same thing. It just makes it look like your car was involved in a front end collision and you forgot to fix the hood.
With that being said, I look forward to seeing what your product looks like.
