I am officially part of this statistic. I barely left the parking lot, got in 3rd, and the clutch sank to the floor. CSC failed without warning. Thankfully this occurred when I barely got out of work parking lot and head towards the freeway. I manage to kill the car a few times crawling back to the parking lot to call a tow service. The morning commute to work was completely normal, and I haven't had any clutch issues until today.
Mileage: A little over 16k.
Habits: Daily driven to work and home. Never raced, dumped the clutch, burn out, etc. Spirited at times, but only on a roll.
Environment: Cool weather and barely got the car warmed up.
