As far as I recall, motorcycles in general get the pass on loud exhausts on account of 'safety'. I believe its been hashed out in court sooo many times before already. So long as the exhaust still sounds like an exhaust and not something like a whistle tip. Similarly, states with front plate laws use discression on vehicles that within reason, look like they cannot accomodate a front plate. Some year vettes dont look like they could, but yes they can. Similarly with porshes, ferrarris, lambos, whatever. Its within reason that they cannot accomodate a bracket without heavy alteration of the bumper or an aftermarket offering. If someone is taged, they can fight this point in court. Unless of course the vehicle is offered with a bracket or option for one in the first place from the factory. Vehicles that look like they can accomodate a bracket or even have flat surfaces designed specifically for them but do not have one present, your just asking for unwanted attention. You may get off now and then with a warning, but just remember not having that front plate is simple probable cause to stop you and find out you may have been drininkg, driving without a license, have drugs in your car, etc. They just doin their job. Break the law, no matter how small and petty, be ready for consequences one day and dont argue with em in person(potentially gets you in deeper trouble), do that in court.
