I am not sure, but common sense would rule a maybe. A diff is used to limit slip from one wheel to the other. I mean if you have enough power, an open diff can maybe slip on a dyno on that one wheel, but if your N/A will ALL the bolt ons, their is no way it will ever make a difference. A real high hp car though, would definately make a diffence I think.
