That's why you should not wire them as DRL but as its own device, so you can choose when it is on or off!

First find a 12V supply on a wire near by tap into and run it to a toggle switch, you can install this in the center console near the cup holder and your seat warmers (if you have them). Then run the other wire from switch to the power on your lights, make sure everything is grounded (both of the LED light units) and you should be good to go on and off how every you want!!!!

I did something similar to my 05 Altima for a set of halo fog lights!






If and when I get some LED lights for my headlights I will be wiring them up the same sort of way. I just want ones that go all the way up the curve of the headlight!
