No carnuba wax is made up of 100% carnuba. If it was, it would be hard as a brick and you couldn't do anything with it. Carnuba waxes contain a percentage of carnuba, and the rest of the product is made up of something else which makes the product pliable enough to use.

That's like saying that your car is painted with 100% paint. The paint as it comes originally is too thick to be sprayed and that's why it is mixed with other ingredients. Those other ingredients are what enables the painter to spray the paint.
