Like others have said, it generally takes 1,000 miles or so for the mufflers to bake in. During the first couple hundred miles or less you may also notice some light dust or fiberglass material on the exhaust tips when you park. This is perfectly normal as it's simply the muffler packing settling in. The tone will change slightly after 1,000 miles and in my opinion become a little bit sharper but it's mild and not offensive in anyway.
