A lot of it depends on your driving style and what you are used to. The DBW in my dad's Civic SI drove me nuts when I first drove it, because I wasn't used to it. It's still a little laggy, but once you get used to it, there really isn't much of a difference.

I do wish more tuners would take advantage of the ability to adjust the throttle response, as that was supposed to be a main benefit of DBW.
