If it is all on the surface, clay/rubbing compound/etc should get most of the transfer off then some nice polish will get it looking good again. Last night I went to the auto parts store and got the Turtle wax repair and scratch kit for 20 dollars. I ended up using the clear coat pen which worked wonders. The clear coat pen has a liquid (almost like super glue) substance that goes over the scratch. You can barely see the scratch now. There were other compounds and clear coat applications that came with the kit, but those were for deeper bigger jobs. I strongly suggest this product.
