Default Fujimura cf Rear diffuser installed! (with pics)( AK370Z)

First of all, please ignore my dirty car/exhaust. I haven't washed or waxed it in a while. Seriously, the temp outside is more than 100+ EVERYDAY! Even during this install, I was sweating like a pig! . I hate summer time .

I'd like to thank NewYorkJon34 for creating the thread, Kenchan and 370Z JT for their very helpful DIY instructions (because the diffuser doesn't come with one!). I ALWAYS support my vendors but at the TIME the EVO-R one had some fitment issues. However, EVO-R has the new rear diffuser that's flawless and I def would've ordered EVO-R version now since it's cheaper and shipping time is much quicker (I bought mine from RHDJapan BTW and I had no problem with them. From placing order to delivered to my doorstep = exactly 23 days. However, some members DO NOT recommend that site).

Here are some pictures:

First, I took the diffuser and applied VHB tapes on it. The tape they provide is a joke. I think I used VHB 4941 which is .45 mil. You can use any one of the models. They are all VERY good. I also left it in the sun as suggested by Kenchan.

Gave it a quick polish before the install.

As you can see in this pic, the diffuser comes with small round tape and 5 bolts.

Please note, the big screw/bolt goes underneath the rear fog light. BTW, I didn't even use the other 4 bolts because the bond was SO strong (and it was 120 degrees out .) I may add the other bolts this weekend.

You have to take this clip off. It's not easy like other clips. Kinda use extra force. Mine kinda broke during process but it's fine. You throw it away anyway.

Clip is off

I first cleaned with water and then these solutions to clean the rear valence area.

Clean surface

If I you think my HKS logo is cheesy, I understand. I just put it there since putting it on the other side felt weird . I may take it off soon.

I believe Kenchan said to "double up on the top if you're using .45 tape". I did according to his instructions.

INSTALLED:

WOOT! Looks good? BTW, this is before I adjusted the exhaust tips.

Post tip adjustment.

I thought this was a cool pic . BTW, please ignore my dirty exhaust . I must polish it soon.

Far pic 1. This pic ended up being fuzzy due to being so bright outside! sorry

Same thing here .

So, I really like the product. I think it looks GREAT! It flows right in with the aggressive burnt HKS tips. This completes my existing cf look Carbon Fiber Front Fang, B Pillars, Side Mirrors (stage 1) installed! (AK370Z) . Thank you for looking and your feedback is appreciated. BTW, you can order the EXACT same thing from EVO-R. It's same quality, cheaper and faster shipping.
