There's a thread in the audio section that describes this. They clearly confirmed that this works, i.e. you plug in your USB stick with your MP3 music and the MP3s play from there with the info displayed on the Z's screen. BUT you have to make sure that you format your USB in FAT32 and not NTFS.
I don't think the dealership is telling you the truth when they claim having a coupé with cooled seats, it's clearly only the convertible that has this option. I highly doubt they installed the convertible's seats in the coupé... they sometimes do talk through their arses
