You probably don't need the oil cooler; if you get one make sure it has a thermostat, ideally 200* instead of 180* -- those tend to run too cold in the winter, and then you need to attach a shroud to it to block off some of the rows...
For headers, wait to see how testing for PPE goes -- their prototype made excellent gains, so might as well wait and see. I'll be testing those in a couple of months.
If emissions are not a concern, go for test pipes -- less expensive and better gains. Make sure you get ones with the extra long defoulers to avoid a CEL.
