About - Kaizen Tuning LLC. Not sure if they do exactly what you are looking for (I am not familiar with UpRev), but definitely worth it to give them a call.
I swung by their shop last week. They are very knowledgeable about Nissan Zs and GTRs. I am having them install an oil cooler on my Nismo in a few weeks.
