I think you misunderstood a bit. The V2 spacers are the double bolt-on type (not bolt replacement). The reason they don't work is that 15mm is too thin to have the stock lugs flush or inside the spacer. So when you go to bolt the wheel to the spacer's lugs, the stock lugs are still coming out of the spacer and hit the back of the rim (where there aren't any holes for them).
Ohhh...I just assumed the OEM wheels had the extra holes for the spacers studs. My OEM G35 wheels had the holes, but they were made by Enkei, not Rays.
