I just picked up a "used" 2009 Touring+Nav and some audio extras for $28700. I say "used" because it had 900 miles on it - still had the wadded up temp DMV paperwork in the glovebox.
I know of one that is "new" right now for 29900 in dublin - Just a Touring model though.
