In all honesty, it will cost you more to have to fix something than doing it right the first time. The rear valance and front fangs are less of a risk since you could always buy an overlay to cover up your mistake, but I would have to say no go on painting the wing. You'll see your mistake in direct sunlight and that area sees a lot of traffic from closing the trunk. Even done by pro, rattle can's don't come close to a spray gun finish. I think a body shop would have to strip "your mistakes" off before they can apply new paint. I would leave the wing alone.
