I found it amusing. BTW, could you call Mr. K and ask him what the build number of my BC roadster is and what the total number in North America will be? You don't need to do it during dinner though. Oh, and tell him Russ with the red TwinTurbo says "hi".
On a more serious note, I think that Nissan should have numbered them. I just think it is a good idea to identify any stated number, limited production item with a difinitive build number. For those of us with limited production colors that never had a stated limit, it would obviously be much more difficult. I assure you that the numbers are available in a database after the close of the model year. Gettting them may be another story.
