It all depends on how much air you are flowing...

Add better intakes (especially with FI) and higher lift earlier in the rev range may make gains; speaking of FI, turbos are exhaust restrictions, so playing with cam phasing may indeed help spool up and make more power too.

All true.

I think the general point is that this 3.7 V6 is already tuned to 332 bhp from the factory, which is near 100% volumetric efficiency. Not much to gain beyond 105% VE or so.
