I believe the only fee should be the $720 destination fee.
If they try to add on other fees, tell them the price you negotiated is what your paying, if they require fees, they need to adjust the price with those fees in mind to match what you agreed upon. See what happens, they may do it, you may make a small compromise, or you may need to be prepared to walk away.
The salesmen will assume a random pointless $500 fee won't break the deal on a $30k car, so they try to sneak them in since its pure profit. However, let them know that you do care about it, and you may get them reduced/removed.
Just be prepared and able to walk away for a few days, or to try another dealer if your going to drive a hard bargain for the absolute best price you can get. Keep in mind, person A on the boards may can get a better price than you due to one of a million variables. Find the price your willing to pay (as long as it is fair) and aim for it.
