That's the whole key of exhausts, completely subjective. People simply have to look for a sound that pleases them, not others.

I completely agree, the vast majority of people on this forum seem to be interested in completed, high-quality products. That's one of the main reasons this is the primary 370Z resource for me.
Using your car as a test bed is fine, but not for everybody.
