We installed the motor, everything is great. A day later I receive a phone call that this person is unhappy that nissan will only warranty the engine for 1 year and 12,000 miles. I told them that they should be happy that it's warrantied. Well I find out the car is 2 years old and was out of warranty in the first year. So I am pretty sure that's the reason for the complaint. I agreed to pay half of the cost for an extended warranty. ($1800) When I should have said have a nice day. So the person declines this and wants me to get them into a new car and have it not cost them a penny.(Now they are getting greedy) Did I mention that they owe 7k more than what the car is worth. I don't know how many times I have to say I am not going to do that. Why won't they understand that's crazy. I went round and round for a week on this, banging my head against a wall. Well, now they hate me because I won't give them 7,000.00 and a new car, for the failure of Nissan's engine. I am glad I go this off my chest. That's a dealership horror story!
You mean you're not in business to lose money hand and foot? Such greed
