Ok, so here's what i did. I jacked the car up, took the wheels off, made sure spacers where torqued to at least 80 ftlbs, reinstalled wheels, but left the tire off the ground while i tightened everything instead of snugging then setting the tire on the ground. (had gf in the car hitting brakes)

vibrations are now almost completely gone.

It makes sense to me why this worked, but it's way too much to try and explain.
