There are clubs and tracks out there that will let you run as long as the car has some type of roll bar, regardless of its design and function. With that, of course you have to ask
yourself how much risk you're willing to take by tracking a stock roadster.
As an event organizer, I don't have enough info on the 370Z roadster to approve it for my events. To do that, I need a couple things:
- A technical drawing or schematic of the structure of the roll hoops. This will help me determine it's structural integrity and integration into the unibody. Something like this drawing of the Porsche 987 Boxster:
- Pictures of you in YOUR car with your helmet on... demonstrating that you could pass a broomstick test
