I would say contact a few of the vendors on this board and let them know what has happened. Hopefully at least one of them will be able to help you. I hope you are able to get the template. I am sure it's very frustrating at the moment.

Possible vendors are: Z1 Motorsports, The Z Store, Vivid Racing, or 370 Z Tune
