Does the 34 Row fit with the Stillen G3 with no modifications?

The 34 row will indeed fit with the G3 intakes. The G3 filters sit on top of the aluminum crash bar, which is well away from the oil cooler. We are currently running this setup on our Z1 370z shop car with no issues whatsoever [We even have a set of the NISMO Braces on our car as well!]
Shorter trips will alway be detrimental to any vehicle. Just like anything else, allowing the engine to warm up a bit before thrashing on it will be key. In the event that you feel that the oil temps are not rising quick enough for you during the winter months, you can simply place a piece of aluminum or plastic in front of the oil cooler to prevent air from passing across the core. This will allow the oil temps to rise much quicker and stay warmer. Many road race cars will do something similar using an aluminum based film/tape to cover the appropriate number of rows on an oil cooler to further regulate the oil temps.
