My goal is to increase the volume of that "growl" to be similar of what i had with my stock 350z, if not louder would be better. Also, will i run into any codes or problems with running the FI HFC? Any video clips of a stock 370z with FI HFC's would be greatly appreciated as well as informative answers, thank you.

With a stock exhaust the HFC will make it sound louder and increase your hp. Berk & ERZ HFC are 200 cell count and the FI HFC are 300 cell count which means more restrictive and less loud so they say... but i doubt its a very noticable difference. I have the FI HFC paired with my 18" FI exhaust and can tell you FI makes a quality product. Im doing a little experimenting this week and just ordered a set of GTM res. test pipes. If I like the sound better with those Im planning on selling my FI HFC... Ive put about 1200-1500 miles on them just FYI if youd be interested in buying used. Anyways doubt you could go wrong with Berk, ERZ, or FI. I havent heard anything bad about any of them. And since I've had my FI HFC installed I haven't thrown one CEL. Good luck
