I just checked in with our Mocal Distributor to see what options were available. Unfortunately they do not offer anything higher than 180 degrees opening temperature.

By opening at 180 degrees does not necessarily mean that it will keep oil temps at 180 degrees. This just means that it will begin allowing 100% oil flow thru the oil cooler only at that temperature. Even after that temperature is reached, your oil temps will still climb to around 200~220 degrees.

This is why pairing the proper size oil cooler core and lines are key to ensuring oil temps are properly maintained. For example, a 34 row cooler installed on a Daily Driven car in Maine will be way over kill if that vehicle never sees the track. Since you are in Florida, you will rarely see outside temps below 40 degrees and can see summer temps as high as 100+ with humidity. Since your car is both an automatic and is destined to be on the track, I would really recommend the 34 row for your application.
