But then again, wouldn't the spacers solve that issue? If it was extended studs without spacers, then probably open ended washer type lug nuts would be a good solution, but since spacers are used with the extended studs, the stock lug nuts should have enough thread on them to grip properly.

Don't quote me on that one though. Maybe I'm wrong?
