Default Free oil changes at the dealership

The dealership I bought my car from gives free oil changes for life to anyone who purchases a new car from them. First off, I told them I didn't care about it so they could forget charging me extra for it. But in the end they gave it to me anyways.

With past cars I have always changed my own oil using Mobile 1 synthetic. I know the Z recommends Ester oil but I'm sure the dealership is not going to put that in for free. They are probably using the same oil for every car being that they have had this offer going for awhile. On the other side I drive my car very little (maybe 1500 miles in 3 months) so they would be changing my oil and filter every 3 months. I would only change it every 3k miles if I did it myself.

Would you take it to the dealership for oil changes if you were in my situation? I'm on the fence. I plan on keeping the car for a long time.
