7:30 - I am putting this time just as a general time and we can see how everyone shows up, might be able to push it sooner or might have to start later.
Location at the mall, I was thinking the back side parking lots along Barryknoll Ln. The side with the parking garages but not in the garages. Usually those sides are open.
