To answer your question, it is possible but why would you want to? None of the Z's are prewired for Nav, so it would be extremely expensive on cost and especially labor. I think cost wise it's around $2000 and that may not include the all the wiring. The labor by the dealer is going to kill you. So why spend upwards of $5 grand or more on the stock nav, when you could spend a $1k or less on aftermarket with more options and a Nav that will work better. With that said, I believe this is why no one has done this yet.

You can also get a PAC device so that you don't lose your steering wheel controls.
