Mine came with nitrogen, and of course the dealer did it.

It is $90 for all 4 tires if you want to change it at the dealer. However if your car came with nitrogen in the tires from the dealer they have to service the tires in case you lose pressure, which it will rarely happen with N2.

If not like you said, use regular air, is not going to damage the tire.
