Did your car require a camber kit to get the camber/toe within acceptable specs? If so, Front, Rear or both?
I have to get the camber kits for both front and rear if I want to be completely within specs, but I don't mind a little negative camber in the rear and the front. I believe the rear is about -2.1 and the front is -1.4 I'll double check later

How would you compare these with the H&Rs, are they stiffer ?
I can't comment on the H&R's but from what I hear, the H&R are stiffer than the stock springs on regular basis. Swift Springs are a much softer ride over little bumps and road imperfections.
