I've pulled the trigger. I found a dealership in IL willing to do full VPP pricing. However, the taxes are 1.25% higher in IL than Iowa so I simply countered the offer I received in Iowa to be equal with the price I would have got in IL minus the additional tax. Now I just have to wait for my baby to arrive
