I don't know if you are still looking but there is a new 09 pearl white with all the options you asked for at a local South Carolina dealership. I test drove it. It's an awesome car and they are letting it go dirt cheap. I think they are talking $32K. You may want to contact them and see if they will ship it to you. It's Hudson Nissan in North Charleston, SC.
