The general new car sales manager is an idiot. When I discovered and brought to his attention that there was supposed to be a plastic for the flat tire (a feature found only on roadsters), he tried to convince me that it was only for the coupe. I even showed him the picture from the owner's manual where the car had no roof but he kept saying it's the picture of the coupe.

I know what you mean. It's hard for me to trust any dealership myself. Most deny issues when they're clearly problems that need to be fixed. They kiss your a55 up to the point you hand over the cash for the sale. After that's done, it's downhill haha. This happened with my previous Acura TSX.
But I got my car from Avenue Nissan and they've been good, so I go back for service. I've had no issues with them to date and they're very polite. The only thing I dislike is the service hours. They don't open on weekends and they close pretty early on weekdays.
