It's not exactly spacious in there. The plugs are underneath a bunch of hoses and stuff. The plugs aren't underneath the engine cover though. They're actually visible on the side -- if you know to look under all the hoses. You don't have to take the manifold off to get to them or anything like that, but suffice it to say that I have no intention of messing with the plugs anytime soon. The factory plugs are iridium tipped, fyi, so really there's no need to mess with them anyway, IMO.
