The DNX8120 only has Peak: 50 watts x 4 channels , RMS: 22 watts x 4 channels. I don't know what the specs are on the stock speakers or the stock H/U but this usually means that you're going to be under powering those speakers which could (still debatable) cause damage to the speakers.
