So I purchased a 2010 Nismo 370z about 2 and a half months ago... well, it was damaged during a severe storm, and my insurance company total lossed it.. the entire thing was paid for, no worries.... The dealership found me another 370z nismo.... magnetic black, only 12 miles on it... i was extatic... anyway, The wife and myself go to pick up the new Nismo, and signing of the papers and whatnot was all of 10 minutes.. my payments even went down. i was pretty happy.... 38 miles on the ODO and the check engine light comes on and the car dies... wtf? the dealership sends a flat bed to get my car.. they look at the code and its bank two of the VVEL? well, they toss me a loaner car, and tell me they will get it up and running...
a few days later the guy at the dealership calls and asks, do i want red or black? and explains they are trying to get me a new car....
ok, no worries yet again... but today i talked to the dealership and they said that either they are getting me a new car, which is kind of hard since the numbers are limited and a lot of Nismo's are spoken for.. or if they get the harness they need to fix the car, they will put it in, but i was told.. "if they replace the harness, Nissan will make you very happy" what does that even mean?
Now, here is what i am concerned about... am i going to have to make payments on the laon, even tho i don't have the car...? i asked this question, but was told they would get back to me... and what do you suppose the dealer ment when he said nissan intended to make me very happy....
Define very happy...

does that mean one of these particular ladies

will come and give you a happy ending?

On a serious note, they need to give you a legitimate answer in writing - like maybe pay 1/4 of the payments on your car - that would make me happy....

or a happy ending every time I make a payment on the car....
