Just checked the G37 forum and it looks like the flanges are the exact same way for that exhaust as they are for the 370z. So it looks like someone has made a mistake and installed 2 flanges backwards on mine.
Also if mine was actually a g37 exhaust i would think that it would probably be a little to long to install on the 370.
