I think it total BS and understand there anger and what about all those not in CA that cant really get it solved fast like you, we want that service. My kit will be done Friday and we are doing our own tuning but if I bought their tune and had to deal with this, I would be ripping some new ********. After my kit another kit is going in with their tune and I hope he doesn't have to go through all this.
