Do not worry about "rep points" with me. I am really glad that this resolved, and you can focus on enjoying your Z. I will always help anyone with subject matter that I have experience in. I really believe that a Nissan Sales person (perhaps even a second one if there was collusion) is $1 grand richer, but the Nissan head honchos knew that your contract would hold up in court, so they called the dealership and told them to "back-off".
