I picture Raul sitting in his chair with a cigar in hand, looking at a large computer monitor with this very thread in it. There is a man standing in the room at a second monitor. On it are two images... video feeds from two snipers looking directly at me and you, Steve.

Raul exhales a cloud of cigarette smoke as the man in the room looks at him for a decision.
