honestly, i hope they don't make a sequel. but if they do it wouldn't be unless Nolan was sure of it's success and addition to his IP. he's off to work on Batman 3 now (which i can't wait for, if it tops TDK i'm gonna loose my f'n mind). he really did show us a lot in this movie, enough so that i don't feel like i need more. they explained pretty much every little thing, which was fine with me. and since the main project was done at the end where could they go? i say leave it and do something else. i haven't seen Nolan do a sequel to a movie other than the batman movies so i'm crossing my fingers that this will remain the only one, not be a rushed "we've got to make more money off this IP" thing that hollywood loves to do *cough, matrix, cough*
