Since no one has answered your question about the 19 x... I will.
Here is a sample description you will see in two variations:
Variation 1:
19 x 10 +22
In this variation the 19 stands for the diameter of the the wheel. The 10 stands for the wheel width in inches. The +22 is what we call the offset. An offset is the distance the back of the face is from the centerline of the wheel width in milimeters. I.e. For this example the wheel back face is 22mm towar the outside of the wheel width centerline.
Variation 2:
19 x 10 et22
This is exactly the same except instead of using a plus the letters et replace it. It means the exact same thing.
