If you already chose to go with another vendor, why take the time to ruin the reputation of Z1? As you may have noticed, your thread ended up doing the completely opposite of what it was intended. Frankly, you sound like an unhappy child who did not get his way. All of this for $15? These vendors deal with a lot of customers, all wanting what they want, when they want it. If sure if the shoe was on the other foot you would have wanted the benefit of the doubt. After posting this, you had the nerves to say that, I'm sure I will place an order with them along the way. They have a lot of inventory and shipping would be speedy to my location.

Maybe you should try to read some of the Berk thread to see what poor customer service means, and still those customers have chosen to be patient. I've known the guys at Z1 for over 5 yrs and the satisfaction of their customers is the most important to them.

This was a case of an impatient customer, not poor customer service.
