Sorry for confusion. NISMO owner would be a driver of a Nissan 370 Z NISMO.
The driver is the presumed owner, although I have no proof other than that.
It has only happened three out of three times. Unlike the rudeness* of Volvo or Prius drivers, which is borne out thousands of times.
*not pulling over, pulling out in front, etc.
