My first iphone 4 has a faulty Microphone... Blew out in one day...
It took over 3 hours in apple the following day to finally get a new phone out of them... I also have the proximity issue and I keep putting the phone on speaker with my cheek.
Overall the problems are out weighing the perks of this phone IMO.
Camera and Video Camera is great though.
