3) Po po approaching group 2.....We saw first. My 2-way was off. No one else in Group 1 pre-warned?
8) Popo fly-by at staged photo op.....My best guess: No time to bother with us b/c the 'original' Outlaws search is in many many counties now. Grace you're doomed
10) Scraping thru hwy 128 from Berryessa to Lake Hennesy.....That section was brutal. I bottomed out 'hard' on my front right. Even my wife said oh oh that didn't sound or feel good at all. Wheel lip survived so no harm no foul.
18) "Blinded by the light" from some shiney exhaust tips.....Haha you should gone with darker tints and wear darker shades

1b) The truck pulling the boat..... The truck/boat pulled into the marina was not the same one that was poking along and would not pull over on turn outs on many opportunities. A true knuckle head. If he had pulled into the boat launch marina, he boat would not make it into the lake as I would see to it that it be overturned while on the trailer...haha. Which is also the cause to The Lost Boys. I group of us passed the truck/boat and the ones behind us did not see us again because they were stuck behind the truck/boat for a long time and when finally passed him, we were no were in sight. When that portion of the group (4 of them, I believe) came up to Lake Hennessey boat marina, they passed right by us on the curve and did not look over to see us parked at the boat launch area. I will go into what we learned from this run later. They went onto the next stop in Middletown (about 25 miles north) and waited for us.
3b) ) Po po approaching group 2..... 2 way radio and cel phone reception was nill on that hwy. Here is the story…I was leading up group 2 which by the way was the spirited group, yeh right ..why have the spirited group in the back….well so the cruising group # 1 would not get left behind so far and to deter any popo’s….haha. So we left 5-10 minutes behind group # 1 when we departed from Lake Berryessa. Fast forward ahead, we (some of us) had already passed the truck/boat and after a long run of no traffic I came upon a pokey Corolla, so I ran up their butt so there was no mistake to get the heck out of the way (my front grill of the 370Z has that intimidating look of GTFOOTW) so they quickly put on their blinker to pull over and their brakes, so I had to brake and then bam…mister popo coming the opposite direction, luckily I was down to 55 mph, but riding their butt, so if anything stuck out as a pull over was me tail gating the Corolla. He passed by and I radioed to the cars behind me to radio back if he was whipping a beotch. No such deal he went on, but my bro who was the tail gunner and way back there saw him hiding the bushes waiting for them, of course they were cruising at the rear within the speed limit. So that is how The Lost Boys got lost. My brother and his group made it in to Lake Hennesey. To sum it up group 2 was divided into 3 groups by the time we all arrived at Lake Hennessy and it was the middle group they kept driving on by the turn off at Lake Hennessy. Sry for the long winded, but this is the spun tale.
10b) I think we all were scraping, except the Evo said he was not. Me and the silver vette were scraping like the dickens, no damage as mine was the rubber spoiler that flexes and it’s meant to scrape. I tell you though all the chit I had in the back hatch was all rearranged by the time it arrived at Lake Hennessy. What I thought was metal scraping was all the chit flying back and forth in the back hatch. I had a tripod and plastic fishing tackle box (for cleaning supplies) camera backpack, road trip food, water, gator aide. My brakes were glazed before this run from under braking and grand pa driving, but when I passed the truck / boat I was too happy and busy giving the buzzard finger that I came upon a sharp decreasing radius turn and did not slam the brakes but gradually pressed very hard and I think the ABS kicked in because the wheels shuttered, luckily I was still in a straight line, but hit the corner way to fast and thought wall, wall, crunch, crunch, brace for impact. I was lucky and glad I had great brakes. Another time and I sure everyone else fet the ripples in the left hand turn towards the end of the run before Lake Hennessy, there were so many ripples in the road the car just moved to the right, like some picked up the car or you hit some black ice. Several others mentioned the same when we got stopped at the lake.
18b) I should have gone with a double pair of shades, those tips burned a hole in my iris.
