I think it's illegal to watch video while the car is at motion. Most aftermarket indash dvd players are now equipped with GPS tracking so that it can track if your car is in motion. You CAN bypass the system but I don't know if that's safe.

As far as stock 370z nav goes, I highly doubt you can play your video through you nav system. The interface is there for music.
